Got charged twice this month is the Normal?

Here are two emails saying I am being charged for my account
www.wickedstangsperformanceshop.com 1st one on Date of payment: Apr 1, 2007 Amount: $4.99 USD and the other Date of payment: Apr 15, 2007 Amount: $4.99 USD I think this is a mistake? |
