This is a hard question to answer because there are too many variables involved.  We have seen new domains registered, hosted and active in just a few minutes and we have seen them take five days to become active.  Generally speaking, it usually takes about 24-48 hours after the registration is approved for the domain to be available. 

Domain purchases by new accounts will be held pending payment approval and credit care authorization.

Established customers and accounts on Net terms, domain purchases are approved immediately.
